Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 to use BiteRoster. The beta isn’t designed for children. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and share invitation codes only with people you intend to add to your roster.
Your content and roster permissions
You’re responsible for the recipes, URLs, text, files, images, PDFs, grocery links, product information, dietary notes, and other content you submit. Organizers manage members, invitations, settings, and shared data. Editors and Viewers can use the roster according to their assigned permissions.
Don’t submit illegal, infringing, malicious, unauthorized, or harmful content.
Imports, nutrition, prices, and availability
Imported content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misread. Review it before using it. Nutrition, macro targets, allergy notes, prices, package sizes, availability, purchase links, and package estimates may also be wrong or outdated.
BiteRoster doesn’t provide medical, nutritional, financial, or other professional advice. Talk with a qualified professional about medical, allergy, diet, or nutrition decisions.
Payments, affiliates, suspension, and deletion
Paid-plan pricing, billing interval, tax, and renewal information are shown before Paddle Checkout. Try a Roster for a week lasts seven days and is not charged until the trial ends. Unless canceled, paid plans renew automatically on the date shown in Settings → Plan & Billing.
Canceling or downgrading can lock paid functionality but does not delete user-created data. Prorated refunds may be available where appropriate under the Refund Policy. Some purchase links may earn BiteRoster a commission at no added cost to you.
We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate these terms, or create operational risk.
